  Very very unnerving..not understanding of my feelings that my phone wasn't working properly. All they wanted was a sale..smh...

  customer service here is great, people are kind and also they explain all the options we have in order to get lines in this company, it can take long time to set up lines and phones but this place is really good to spend that time, they also have several items for the phones they sell and even other interest stuff and, if you are a pokemon go player they have badges if you change to sprint

  The associates were super busy but also super testy. My boyfriend, his mom and dad were trying g to upgrade and pay off some phones and adjust their overall account and bill. They did threw a lot of questions about prices and monthly expenses etc and knew what they wanted... and they we're met with condescending looks and an overall snarky attitude. They didn't come out with new phones as they wanted BUT they did come out with a decision not to come back to this location. Also the parking garage was the grossest garage we've ever parked in. The elevator smelled a toilet, which I u Der stood because WE ARE downtown and every is like a big toilet. it was pretty gross.

  Selection and service is great. Tech support is very knowledgeable.

  Staff goes above and beyond to help you out. But it's a small store, so pack your patience. You will have to pay $15 for parking adjacent to the store, but they will give you validation stickers if you are there to purchase or repair.
