  Customer support is a joke i tryed to ask to reset my pasword and walk me trou some steps and would not help. The manager didnt even know what do to what a joke...

  I was greeted nicely when I walked in but once I told them what I needed a manager/store lead took care of me. His whole vibe was not welcoming at all. It took over an hour to switch my phones over but it felt like he didn’t want to be bothered with anyone. Because of him I hate going to that location.

  Sometimes in the MIDDLE of Vegas I get only one bar of reception. 'Only 1% difference in carriers' - right, sure. Plus one star for this location. If you wait a very, very long time- you can get good help with service. Plan on a half day of work to accomplish this, however.

  I have been to this Sprint store on 3 different times and each time I was not help and had to go to another Sprint store to get the simple things done. Tonight there was a problem with my SIM card and in a chat I was told to go to the Sprint store to get another SIM and that notes were places on my account so it would not be an issue. When I got to this Sprint store I was told that they had to keep my phone for a day and then they would replace the SIM card. I explain that all I needed was a SIM card and I was told NO. That they could not give me one that it had to be programmed and switched out there. I left after saying something loudly that I probably should not have said but this was like the 3rd time I had been to this Sprint store and they would not help me. I went to the Sprint store on flamingo and walked in and out in less than 2 minutes with the new SIM card. This Charleston store always gives me some kind of excuse as to why they can not help me at least this time they did not make me wait a hour before they refused to help me

  Went in to upgrade my phone no one in store ahead of me still took 20 minutes to be seen very unhappy with this location all the employees are in the back talking walking by not asking if i had been seen, Then when someone does decide to come help me i find out that from what he said was everyone is on break and he just came back from break. I didn't know that all the staff or employee went on break all at the same time,store used to have pretty good customer service now seems to me the have the worst service.
