  I give 2 stars for the effort they put into solving the issue for which I went there for but after 90 mins I left and they said they'd continue on resolving the issue but once i left they didn't feel the need to keep on the problem. So A 4 effort while i was there but do not recommend if ur problem is too complicated.

  As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Allie(?) She was upbeat. Knowledgeable. Helpful. She made the transaction quick and clear as to what I'm paying and what not. For this type of service, I would come back and recommend it.

  I went there three times and they have stupid customer service I don’t think why even fraction over there I think they should close I will never go back there I don’t know why the sprint company see this is store how they do their customer service!

  No way! This place is horrible! I moved here 5 years ago and due to the customer service left my plan to join T-Mobile. I decided two years later to try Sprint again. Two years later, August of 2017, I walked back into this store and the story is to long to post here, but he’ll no to this store. Go downtown to get good customer service!
