  Very friendly and reliable service. They do more than the minimum and promote the products and services eloquently. 100 times better then Verizon.

  Ever time i go there systems are down so i cant pay my bill the people are always trying to sell me stuff i dont need i understand they need to make money but if there systems worked they would be fine

  I don't have success going into sprint stores. I have found that the representation in the stores is not the same quality as when you call directly to sprint (1-800). The Sprint store on 5th avenue downtown Pittsburgh has the most unprofessional staff that usually are rude and look even more unapproachable. Seriously, even the store is kept unlike any other Sprint Store I have been in. The Sprint store in homestead at the Waterfront has employees that will say anything to you to make a sale then refuse to honor verbal agreements made by Sprint staff. If you shop at the Waterfront location make sure you keep all the paperwork they give you at time of purchase and check your bill closely for several months after. Over all Sprints customer service sucks! It's just not so sucky when you call the main line. I have never seen second place celebrated on such a global scale...smh stop running those commercials they confirm the public's long standing perception that Verizon is better than Sprint.

  We're really helpful, didn't fix my issue (which I understand but they made it worse!) and never even called me back, after I tried to reach out to them repeatedly. I have such low expectations for my life and the people in it, just treat me like you care if I come back or not. I guess they did try to help me out, who knows? I appreciate the effort, could have been worse
