  Changed my phone provider from AT&T to Sprint and couldn't be happier. I LOVED the service at the store. Jacob was the one helping me and even though he is new he knew what he was doing. Plus, when he didn't he would ask Francisco which I assumed was the manager but it turned out he was just another sales representative. He was helping almost all 4 associates at once. He made sure every customer was being helped. He was very knowledgeable and being a team leader. I will take my mother in law as well so she can switch her service to Sprint and be helped by either Jacob or Francisco.
