  The staff member I worked with essentially created a series of hoops fpr me to jump through in order to get a sim card for my new phone that resulted in me not evening being able to use the new phone. The staff are completely incompetent.

  The customer service is no frills but effective. Come armed with questions, especially ones related to employer discounts and autopay.

  I've been having trouble with my account since I joined 8 months ago. New manager is great and was able to get a big part fixed while we wait for the rest to be solved.

  This morning I came to the Sprint store and met Dion. I was looking to purchase a new phone and get someone to explain the plan. He explained how it worked in full detail and helped me get the phone with no money down or spent in the store. He worked with me for 2 hours teaching, learning, talking and just making sure I was completely secure in using my new phone. He was great today. I feel fabulous, like a newborn and I am reconnected with the world!!! THANK YOU DION!!!!
