  Went in and out quick. Usually in another sprint store ill have to wait 1hr to get attendant

  Wait time is ridiculous. There’s 3 ppl working every time I’ve visited. I paid my upgrade fee for another phone and wasn’t provided a tracking due to it just “not existing.” Was told to wait on a phone call for when the phone would be available for pickup. 1 month later I get impatient and call customer service, they call the store and my phone had just been sitting there. I just came in after work, and I’ve currently been waiting for over 30 mins. Not happy!!

  Amazing customer services with very professional team and very clean store also Omar Rosales and Brice they got the best costumer service

  A 3 month protection is NOT required sales guy lied straight to my face. Shame. Contact Sprint and have it removed. Also don't be duped into buying a case at the sprint store buy it online or at Walmart across the street.

  I am from out of town and was having problems with my phone. I went into the store and Cassandra Morales the store manager waited on me. She uploaded a couple update and hopefully fixed it. She was very pleasant and helpful.
