::I brought a phone and it was not the one I wanted. I brought it back within the 14 days and not to my knowledge, they made and new contract and it was a least and not to purchase as the original contract. Now coming this April I will either have to pay 220.00 for my phone or turn the phone back in. The free tablet is NOT a free tablet. I was told I would get a free tablet and the only thing I had to pay for was the data. Not! I am paying for the tablet and data. I have learned to look at contacts and not take the word of the sales person. I am surprise if they did not put something else I do not know about! Check your bill peoples!

::They are running a terrible scam with free tablets that you wind up paying for anyway. You don't find out until you get the bill a month later and then they tell you it's passed the 14 day return window. Manager seems to be hiding from me. Been coming in for 2 weeks to figure this out but he always seems to be out to lunch or just left for the day, no matter what time I come in. The "free tablet" sign is written in Sharpy marker. Sprint Customer Service already investigated the issue and determined that I was mislead but Absolute Wireless doesn't seem to want to resolve this issue. I will never shop here and do not recommend coming here for anything. EVER!

::I made an appointment to get my phone checked while I was out of town on business. The phone support couldn't help me so they sent me here. I was a little early for my appointment so I was asked to have a seat. The guy forgot about me if it wasn't for the sales rep I wouldn't have gotten any help. He's the only reason I gave a 4 star. Once my phone was updated and it's working much better now.
