  Employees were not friendly and not helpful. They told me to "go online" rather than assisting me in person.

  SOUTHERN SLOWNESS.... Waited 45 min and got nowhere with them... This is NOT a corp store - thus, limited abilities to handle things correctly. Btw, I'm a 8+ year long loyal Sprint customer.

  Absolutely will promise the world, and then give nothing in return. I preordered an iPhone 7+ a week ahead, and was told that it would be available for pick up 9/16, no problem. I go to the store, and they had no phones, no time table, and no way of letting me know when I world receive my devices! Unless they can hand you a device that very day. Don't believe what they say about an order, because they don't know what they're doing and they don't seemed bothered that they don't deliver on their promises
