  I was amazed at the customer service at this store. Everyone was knowledgeable and nice. I want to thank Kelsey, Scott and Micheal for there help. They were really nice to my daughter and I.

  I recently visited this store on Grand Avenue and enjoyed some of the best customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I was a new Sprint customer and needed help to get my new phone set up. Kelsey and Tyler were amazing! They patiently answered all of my questions and took the time to get my phone completely set up and customized to my needs. It felt great to be assisted by experts, and I left the store thrilled with my new phone and the store experience. Thank you again Kelsey and Tyler!
