  Much less than Verizon. Friendly competent service but cannot pay by credit card automatically each month.

  If there was a way to give zero stars I would. Sprint should be ashamed to have a store like this. Pathetic

  When I walked into Sprint, I was greeted by a friendly store associate named Angie. Despite rescheduling my appointment to open a new account, she appreciated me stopping by. While she was setting up my account, I had the chance to look at the smartphone that I wanted. After getting approved, Angie went over everything and encouraged me to ask questions. She gave me her phone number as a main source of contact. I'm glad I switched to Sprint. My cell phone bill is a lot less than T-Mobile, so it feels good to save money.

  I just had a bad experience there. I went in trying to switch my phone and the representative was rude. . Not wanting to help me switch it. He wouldn't even look up my account.
