::Muy mala experiencia, estafan a la gente diciéndole q lleva uno y el otro contrato por la cuenta de sprint cuando llegan los billes te cobran por los dos contratos. Llamo y llamo al supervisor sin respuesta . Dicen q me van a devolver la llamada cuando nada . Llame a sprint y el error fue de la tienda q hicieron los contratos con diferentes meses uno 18 y el otro 17. Ahora no se puede revocar el contrato , pero ellos me dicen q siguen esperando respuesta de un departamento NSL , la tienda no se hace cargo de solucionarme el problema . Llevo ya 6 meses y nada . Me cambie a sprint por la promoción , ahora estoy pagando $180 al mes . No recomiendo !

::Came for a new phone on 4-13-17 was told by store manager what phones & plans are available....choose the basic phone g3 Samsung......was told that it will be $7.00 per month for 24 month for the phone & the service will be 50 per month..... Store manager Kelvin left & he told Abigail to finish the trabsactio ......Abigail manipulated me with smiles for over 90 minutes.....and at the end I left the store after paying 210.00 !!!!!activation taxes and guess for her nice smile......dayligt Robert by a sprint store!! I told Abigail that it is not sou d rught...she insisted that all is good.....yeh right!!! I left the store & called Kelvin the next day telling him that I fill like Abigail robbed me.... He said that he cannot help me over the phone and ask me to stop over to clear this issue.....I am here at the store now.....for o we an hour......after Kelvin looked into the account charges....he took 100.00 and give me back.....how nice....but when I asked him for a printed paper about this refund....he said that the system will not let him do it???!! Really??! I called sprint .....waited for over 30 minutes for a supervisor......rhe girl in the Philippines had no idea how she can help me and disconnected my call....over 40 minutes wait to get disconnected!!!!! So.....now what?? Well, as a business coach & marketing expert......sprint is about to get a lesson about how to conduct a business! My time is valuable but ......I do not think that this sprint location shold keep robbing clients !! This is a bad business!! Sprint management should look into the way it is being managed and fix the problems!! I will not let this issue go away!! Will keep working on it until my money will be returned and a fair compensation for my time is granted!!
