  Walked in the store shortly after 12 noon on a weekday, when foot traffic is slow. Had an issue with my iPhone that Sprint was unable to fix via phone the night before so I decided to visit the store which is only a few minutes away from where I live. Not only did the representative who I dealt with leave me at a worse position than when I entered, which included me not being able to make phone calls or texts, but had the audacity to say “the best thing to do since your phone isn’t working is to get a new one.” Can someone explain to me what does that mean? Might as well have taken my wallet out of my pocket and picked out a phone and plan for me while you were at it. Truly disgusting customer service. More disgusting is how imcompetent a human being can be and worse of all, be employed in being so. Wow.

  Excellent service from Tiffany and Caroline! Made switching from ATT easy. They knew their stuff and got me into a cheaper plan than expected! I now know I can can buy anything in store and it will be broken down into 18 payments. Guess I’m getting the iPad Pro!! Thanks again y’all!

  Wonderful customer service from Roberto and Omarion. Had been trying to get assistance from the customer service line for hours and finally just came to this store. They helped me with exactly what I needed and I was in and out within 20 minutes.

  This store doesn't deserve a star. Anyway, as of a hard of hearing person, I have a friend who is deaf and needed me to interpret for her in Sign Language. My friend needed an upgrade phone. So, this woman who works there was not really much of help. I was attempting to ask her one last important question, and wow, I noticed that she was on her phone, laughing at whatever it was, and not paying no mind to me or my friend. I told my friend, that woman is extremely rude and we went to find another Sprint store who were very much helpful!
