  Horrible experience! Do your own research before being lied by customer sales reps at this store that only care about making their commission. I recently opened an account with Sprint and the sales Rep, KEVIN, who assisted me for 3 long hours, gave me erroneous information about what my bill would like every month, he also refused to print me a copy of my agreement, saying I will receive it via email. Two weeks later, I viewed my bill online and discovered that my total bill was $80 higher than what I was told. WHAT THEY DONT TELL YOU IS THAT YOU WILL PAYING ABOUT $50-$60 ONLY IN TAXES PLUS OTHER HIDDEN FEES. I tried to contact the sales rep but was unsuccessful and when I finally spoke with the manager she denied explaining or helping me in any possible way.

  Went into store, because I was mailed a messed up phone. Given a new phone for free and harassed to give the phone back?! Mind you I'm pregnant as if I stole the phone or something!? And now my phone is cut off. Thank you to Corp for helping me though :) Don't trust this store, they are bad at their jobs.

  Young gentleman name Edison helped me out the other day with some issues that I had. Everyone was very knowledgeable and patience with the customers. He answered all my questions and didn't just rushed me off to take care of someone else.
