  Very rude and incompetent! Don't know how to handle a customers. Store Manager, Joyce Chen was on the phone having a private conversation while people waited for help. After long wait finally she said I should go to another store because they are run out of SIM cards, nonsense! Why would you run a phone store if you don't have the main and necesary supplements which is critical for a store like this. Its not like I asked for a noodle or smth. Overall, sprint is going down because of incompitent store managers.
