  Honest review! We chose this store because of the great reviews regarding the new management, but our experience was the complete opposite. My family and I went in around 2pm on Sunday, May 6th. As soon as we walked in, the smell of cigarettes hit us like a brick wall. I honestly felt as if someone was in the store with us smoking! It was disgusting. Then the one and only csr working, came up and greeted us, said she was finishing up with 2 other people and would get to us in a few minutes. She also mentioned that another employee was coming back from lunch too. Almost 1 HOUR LATER and we were still waiting, nobody “showed back up from lunch”, and we walked out. If someone was suppose to be coming back from lunch and it took them an hour, I would fire them. And the girl that was there needs more training if it takes her over an hour to set up a new phone service for someone! I will never come back here.

  New team great service, upbeat, fun, always playing oldies music.. the events here are so cool new store manager. Great offers promos, and best of all awesome customer service. Helps you resolve the issues why go anywhere else.

  My favorite Sprint store!! Check this out- learned about Roku and Hulu at this location in 2010- cut the cable cord- that year!! 2018- remains my favorite location!!

  This company is run by a bunch of con artists. Move to AT&T. Most of these companies are con artists but. Got to have a phone.

  Its under new management and the staff is great very clean and on the ball. Everyone works hard to get you what you need and want. Its cool they have a great event that helpwd me understand my phone called Ready Now workshop.
