  Not good! They really couldn't give answers to basic questions because the rep. was trying to take care of several people at one time.Felt rushed to ask questions and "get it over with" basically.That was feeling.

  They are the best!!! They know their stuff and are so gracious with a novice. Would highly recommend this group.

  Rude extremely unhelpful, needed simple help with something. One person in shop and guy tells me to come back in 30 mins like he gives zero ****s. Leaving Sprint for sure now, sick of your horrific customer service.

  Awesome & helpful staff!! I went in for a repair and after informing me that their location does not offer that, the store manager offered me an alternative solution!! This was very helpful for me because I avoided having to make a trip to another store. Thank you for your insight.
