  Consistently sub-par service. No excuse for the ridiculous wait times and rude employees. Been with Sprint 14 years and this store is a reason to change providers.

  Went there to get my watch checked out cause it wasn't working and the lady took it to the technician and said that we didn't get the watch there and that there wasn't service on it....um how would she know that she didn't even ask for my account information......

  This comment has nothing to do with this EXACT location, the employees are very helpful though. But Sprint has to be the worst cellular provider in existence. This is 2017 and I'm struggling to stream a 14 second video in Standrard Definition? The ENTIRE area of Arlington has little to NO coverage. Once my contract is up I'll switch to another provider.

  Lazy. Multiple trips to store to activate a new phone. First told it had to be done online, which was wrong. Then given the wrong sim card. Said they could not call sprint and order a sim card. Then said sim cards are shipped randomlyand they have no idea when one could come in. There are other options to choose from. Store in ft worth actually was willing to help.
