  This is NOT a Sprint Store. It is rather a retail store that is NOT part of the Sprint Company. Why is this important? It is the same as buying the service at a Bodaega in NYC. They made a $100 mistake and Sprint could not do anything about it. And Sprint said they have no control over what stores like this do to customers. The store refused to correct a documented mistake by their representatives.

  Maybe may be just got in the right time. Great experience with the sales help. Switched over from Verizon to Sprint because of the sales service

  Samantha had been so helpful since I had the iPhone 7 upgrade. My first interaction with her was when I upgraded and she made sure that my local sprint store in White Plains had the phone I was looking for (haven't met her in person). Today I went to the sprint store for assistance and was provided so much help and information. She had excellent customer service, kind and was able to answer a lot of my questions. Individuals like her would really benifit sprint overall. Samantha has really proven to me that she would go above and beyond.
