  Needed Help with my cell, and not sure what the problem was . I was greeted by Jacob who asked some questions and looked at my phone, he was very professional and did not try to push me into buying something i did not need. I trusted him and He proved me right! Thanks so much Jacob!

  Would give zero stars if I could the staff and the manager(Amanda) are horrific. They sent to another store on the other side of the island and was told that the problem could of been fixed at the this store!!! Amanda mislead and rip my parents off about the promotion and covering cancellation fees from Verizon. Be very careful that your not being charged for phone line that doesn't exist.

  Corporate store. Nice enough staff, but only went as far as to dial another sprint store but let me speak to them in order to ask if they had the SIM needed to activate my phone. Nice and clean on the inside though.
