  Horrible customer service. Walked in at 230pm midweek, only 2 other customers there and 4 service members. I was told the wait would be 1 minute as I put my name and info on the sheet. After 40 minutes, without so much as an update, we left. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION IF YOU WANT AN UPGRADE.

  No system to know uses next. SLOW non of them cared about who came in. No acknowledgement what so every.

  Not impressed at ALL with the level of customer service or accuracy of their staff. I've been given the run around by their staff, and when I call them out on it, they tell me that I'm wrong?? Extremely rude and regret ever going with this company

  Was completely ignored ignorant staff and management. Highly recommend staying away from this store at least.

  Very frustrated with sprint. Customer service wasn't nice. When you leave their service charge extra and send your bill to collect agency without your knowledge.
