::The service was decent went it came to activating service, and buying the phones from them which is expected when they want to make a sale, howeverrrrrr after that purchase was done, I received nothing more than a run around to avoid doing an exchange. I received a defective S9+, and went here multiple times for them to do an exchange, and each time was a different excuse as to why they couldn't get in the account. Do note that when I went to the corporate store they themseleve didn't seem to understand the problem as they saw no issue getting into the account. This place is nothing more than frauds, liars, and nothing more than just that! Beware when purchasing from here.

::Very poor customer service skills. Everyone down to the managers are unprofessional and are not attentive to customers in front of them. Employees laugh, talk and joke with each other while they are dealing with their customers. Also, the managers need to learn to respect their employees. (Talk to them about an issue in private, not in front of everyone).

::These people are SCAM artists! I was played like a whistle. Made a down payment for the new iPhone X, after I made a payment and also bought a case with my debit card, they later said their machine was down and I had to provide $80 cash for the sales tax on the phone and the receipt was gonna be sent to my email. I never received that email, and there's no trace on my account that $80 was posted for sales tax. DO NOT GET SCAMMED!

::Make sure you bring a good translator with you because the people they're hiring now are mainly Spanish who don't speak or understand good English. No problem against race of any kind, but when you work in a place like this? You need to have good communication to understand what customer wants or needs. Simple. There were good people who use to work here. Now it's just a hang out spot.
