::I wish I could give them negative! I don't usually write a review but this time I had to. Worst sprint store ever! Employees laughing out loud! Also music very loud! They don't even care about customers! They re just sitting there and waiting, talking to each other! When the time comes to the deal with customers they wear angry faces! The lady I talked didn't even eye contact with me! I went there to fix my SIM card problem I waited very long time with my 2 yrs old son! And after I was told that they don't have the SIM card! Sprint store has no SIM card! 😳😳 I don't know how sprint hire those people!

::The worst customer service experience I have ever had! I called with a phone issue and the lady on the phone didn’t even let me finish my sentence. I was transferred to the service department that happens to be the same company that insurers the phones which was odd to me. How can a company insure and fix the phones? There is no guarantee they will fix the phone if the repairs have a deductible. However I asked to speak to a manager and I was placed back on the phone with the same lady that failed to address my concerns the first time I called. The entire time all I was told was there’s nothing we can do for you. The only solution I was given was to pay $300+ to get the phone repaired or raise my bill by upgrading. I am appalled at the customer service I received from this location not only from the tech but the manager as well. This is a corporate sprint store, not a third party location, and I was offered no customer service or offered any solutions from the employees all the way up to management. I am highly displeased with the way I was treated and the way the situation was dealt with.

::So was assisted right away between 15-20 minutes of arriving and signing in... do sign in the tablet if not you'll be waiting for ever and ever lol... but in that time I looked at the phones & accessories will say love they have a LIVE DISPLAY model 90% of there phones as you can actually interact with the phone besides just deciding on how cool it looks. So was assisted by destiny and very nice well spoken young lady & also her manager Dera was helping me as well told her I was in Verizon and was contemplating moving back to sprint again ( had them for 10yrs then went to Verizon 5yrs ago )now it was all depending on the cost but most importantly the service of the carrier... in simple terms they assure me there service with a 14 day money back guarantee on everything think only cost was like a 30$ restocking fee on the phone I said no biggie for 30$ I'll take my chance. Also I had an iPhone the whole time I was with Verizon ( had palm pilots, BB & androids years I waa with sprint before ) this is more personal but didn't see the value in the X so decided on the Samsung S9+ and they even had a great deal on the phone as well... YES YOU CAN STILL GET DEALS ON PHONES do not by the love all jesus pay retail for a phone or anything in that matter. Point is I wa due for an upgrade as in coming from a 6 ... so in total I came out saving 75$ a month for literally the same type of plan ... all thou in sprint I have unlimited and hulu... with Verizon I had 20g and the NFL package ( will miss the NFL package ) The phone from 912$ plus tax will come out to 610$ plus taxes so not a bad gig and yes like most carriers you can upgrade after a certain amount of time but I'm one to own my phone for 2-3yrs... plan cost I'll put it in English terms ... in total with phone lease agreements, unlimited everything, insurance, taxes & fees I'm paying 106$ a month... that's a joke 😂 so if I decide to keep my phone they premium will go down 22$ ( plus applicable tax ) now think there was also a special promotion for this deals as the plans will go up by 10$ next year but the girls were very communicative in disclosing all this price info on the plan, phone and even the insurance co payments etc etc. I did get a discount from my company so my bill will be 15$ in the next 3 months so look into your company and see what they offer!! Now sprint service... so far so good can't even tell the difference to be honest not with the callan text and most importantly data usage ( streaming ). Now the real test will be when I go hiking... but for the past week been using this phone like crazy testing this ish to the limit and will say with confidence hardly any difference. Store is amazing, clean always parking and was in and out the store in less than 2hrs.

::READ THIS.... I want to be the negative one who is critical of everything that could be done better but I cant. I don't like the location or traffic near by but that is where my complaints end. I went in two times last Saturday. On my first visit there was no one in the place and i got question answered right away. I was waiting for a problem but instead the people were straight facts. I was confusing but very clearly explained. I left, sat in my car talked to my wife. I was confused. There was a better way to do things and the choice was fairly clear. I came back in and purchased 5 lines with the promotional plan, new phones, service etc. Went through a ton of question to get it all done. In the end it seems to be great. Sprint should be aware that the waiting is challenging but their STAFF WAS FANTASTIC. A hardened heart, sure but the two men who help my family and I are blessing. They have earned every bit of business and support. Thank you. RM
