  After 9 trips in, calls to corporate, my NO SIM CARD issue on my S8 was resolved by a Target Tech worker taking it out, blowing the dust out of it. Not only is this place ONLY commission geared and out to sell phones, they outright lied to my face and made no effort to try to solve it as above...they did try a few things I had found on CNET online, myself ...we deleted and moved files and reset the phone. The fix took under 2 min elsewhere. After being a customer since 1991, I will never buy another phone from them or ever believe they are motivated by anything but pure commission. Sad. I had to call coporate to mail a pin and then you have to request a SIM card as they do not keep any in the store. Um, Target had a box of 200 and handed me 2, said they are free. Your move Sprint. It was dust. Nine trips to Sprint, and it was dust. Could they have tried to fix it? Sure. What did they say I needed? A new phone, of course.

  They helped me so much and explained everything thing I asked. Nothing more I could ask for, they went above and beyond. They were friendly and understanding and I got a phone I love!

  I turned in my phone because the lease was up September 10 2017 this Store did not turn the phone into sprint corporate so therefore I’m still being charged for line and service. They are unreliable and theives

  No longer there!! Plus I had to update your stupid app and guess what, no sprint store there. Good job giving me directions to no where....

  Went in with a new phone. I wanted to get away from another major carrier that misled me. The people here were fast, friendly, and very accommodating. They made sure I was up and running, satisfied and that I had no questions before leaving. They even served me cold sodas while there. Unexpected treatment but well appreciated.
