  I had a very good experience here with a sales rep name armin. He helped me with my bill complication from sprint. Which I have been trying to call sprint customer service to fix for weeks now and he help me explain to them better what is happening on my account that I was very unsatisfied about my bill payments they just made everything complicated and armin fixed my issue. Thank you very much I will be reaching out to you soon.

  They are terrible! I went to store yesterday. They didn’t even listen to me! I want to return their bad phones! She didn’t listen to me! She gave to me phones and have a nice day! She is very rude why she is working there! I ‘ll call sprint director about that! They have to find good people! 😡😡

  Awful. Went in a 7:40 to quickly grab a case for my new phone I bought at the store last week. No one said hi and Sprint associate was counting the drawer right next to the case section and obviously saw we wanted to purchase it. At 7:48 we picked the case and asked to buy it and the woman said "I just closed" and walked away. In those 8 minutes standing there she could have told us she was closing (20 minutes early) and that we wouldn't be able to purchase. The store closed at 8:00 and we will not go back. Went down to t-mobile and bought the case.

  Rude and the hours are wrong. I walked all the way there to find out even though the store was open and I was speaking to the person she said she cannot help me because the store was closed ( yes you read that right I was inside the store speaking to her). Enough said, she was rude and obviously will not return.

  The timing is wrong they said they will opend at 12 not 9 what a wasting of time
