  DON'T EVER GO TO SPRINT ON RALPH AVENUE!!!!!! If it were possible to give zero stars that is what I would have done. When I got there I was "helped" by George who would be fired immediately if the boss/management knew how lousy he was at his job. I repeatedly asked simple and direct questions and was met with double talk and lies. I came back two times over two days to get all the information. At first he told me they would buy me out of my phone and then later only after I asked more questions and got a lot of attitude before an answer he finally admitted that I would probably only get approximately 20% of the money I owed. He seemed more interested in getting to see my credit than actually helping me. After I realized that he was trying to scam me into signing up under false pretenses I still tried to give them a chance to answer correctly at which point George rudley said "this guy is asking me too many questions so I'm not gonna help him."out Then he just walked away and left me with the other gentleman working at the time but he was already assisting someone else. He tried to help me but that time I was already turned off to the location and even the parent company. George is a disgrace and if Sprint had any sense they would fire him and offer more training to the rest of the staff that may be worth salvaging. I usually don't bother to write reviews but this experience was so bad that I felt compelled.

  They charge me 75$ deposit for nothing! And after one week charge 55$ for plan, But I using my new phone just 8 day!!!! Don't come this store!!!!
