::They do not tend their costumers with professionalism. The girls there are simply unhelpful and very short answering people. Extremely slow. To me it looks like they’re just there to take money and not provide with technical help and proficient costumer service skills.

::They deserve no star whatso ever. People be aware this sprint store is a third party store and not an actual corporal sprint store. They are there to take as much money as they can, they do not care about you and will lie to your face and you’ll end up regretting ever going to that store. They tell you what you want to hear and make your life a living mess once you exit those doors. I was paying off a phone that they said would be free of purchase after a couple of payments and I ended up paying way more than I was supposed to. Didn’t give me a refund or anything so I literally lost all my money and they stayed with the phone at the end of the day. They will lie lie lie and when you confront them or anybody for that matter after a purchase they will continuously lie and refuse any statements they previously provided for you. Don’t trust their fake little kind acts because at the end of the day all they care about is that commission. So please before thinking about stopping by at any sprint store, make sure it’s a legit sprint corporal store that’s directly from sprint and not some third party owner.

::Bad management and bad customer service! Extra money changed to my account with no reason and this store magically lacked the ability to print out a receipt with the money I paid and the reason for the charges. With all the negative reviews I'm sure the manager is pocketing money from all these accounts since she refused to provide any paper trail! Hopefully corporate Sprint can help give me my money back so I never have to return to this terrible store!

::Don't bother with this horrible company! I have had fraud on my account since October when my grandmother was dying in the hospital. They shut off my phone, so I paid whatever I needed to pay at the time. They shipped a new iPhone 7 to an unauthorized address, from my account, and charged me for it! Proved fraud, and I still have past due balances, haven't gotten back the almost $300 I paid in a desperate attempt to get my account turned back on, and 4 months later still getting calls and emails that my account is past due. Absolutely useless. Then, I can't get a human on the phone, because all they want is money that I DON'T owe them! Fraud department has already confirmed it was fraud! Contacting the Better Business Bureau, Federal Trades Commission, Federal Communications Commission and will never recommend sprint again! Negative reviews will be in ever single available place I can manage to put them! Unnecessary stress, and the most horrible time! I repeat, STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM SPRINT AS YOU CAN!!!!!!
