  I had a difficult time porting over a # over the phone with Sprint customer service. After over 3 hrs from 1 dept to the next and still no help. I walked in to this store the next day n Ana had it all taken care of within 15 mins. Thank you!

  The sales people were very knowledgeable, but very pushy . I wanted a cheaper alternative to my plan but it's not worth switching for only pennies less .
