  My 92 year old mother-in-law visited the store in November 2017 to upgrade her iphone 6S to a 8+ after receiving various promotional offers. The store personnel including the store manager told her the phone was to complicated for her. Because I hadn't upgraded myself we accepted the explanation only to find that operationally the 8+ is very similar to the 6S. The reality was that they didn't want to be bothered helping an elderly women. They should think about how their actions would have affected their own parents and grandparents before brushing off someone else's.

  They tell one thing and then when you get the bill is another thing this store is the worst out of all them

  Biggest scam and pushy sales men ever. Lie to your face about the family plan and rebates you'll be getting every month for the first 3 Months from the store itself not sprint. Tell you including a tablet in your plan is cheaper but when you go to the store for the rebates they have nothing but excuses. Got my rebates for the first two months. On the last and final third month to get the rebate. The answer was sprint stopped allowing them to Offer rebates. So I was supposed to get a gift card never received in the mail. The person who sold us the the family plan three phones and a tablet acts as if he didn't and has no idea what we are talking about. They will not give anything in writing. They said word of mouth. Biggest scam ever and they should be out of business. The bbb will be looking into this. Don't go to sprint store in fort lee. Big time scammers
