  My experience at this Sprint was phenomenal. The store was clean and the environment was great. But most of all the service was amazing. I was help out by Nicole and she was so helpful and she had a great personality.

  The overall expiernce was great! We were welcomed properly and leaving with a smile on our face! Thank you sprint we love the service. Dalia was awesome and i would always want her to help me..even though we stayed in the store talking for hours i don’t regret anything. I am a happy customer leaving the store

  I went into the sprint store to check on an issue i was having with my phone and met an associate named Omar. Omar was more than happy to help me with my problem. To my surprise while he was doing so he also informed me that i was able to get an upgrade. I left the store beyond satisfied Omar was amazing, and friendly. Great customer service!!

  This best experience ever! Although my customer service phone calls were trash and unapologetic! My visit to this store restored why I've been with them for over 11 years. Big huge shout out to Dalia (manager) and Julia (sales specialist)Honestly from the minute I walked into the store I had assistance from both for the entire 2 hours delayed by customer service phone reps! Any way this southern gal all the way from Memphis, TN appreciates you guys for going above and beyond!

  The person who took care of me and my boyfriend was Dalia Watson and she was amazing. Very helpful, positive attitude, and Polite. In other words, she provided great customer service. She made it her business to help us with everything and anything we needed. she made sure we walked out of there as happy customers.
