  The assistant manager at this location try to make lunch money from me ..I went in for a SIM card because my 5yrs old son took my SIM card out ..I called customer service and they said I can go to any sprint store and get a free SIM card ..since Im with them for over 10yrs ..I went in to this location the managers STEVE said I have to pay for the SIM card $25 ..than I told him what the customer service rep said he said no you have to pay for it ...anyways went home call customer service and told them what happen and said don’t worry we will send you a free SIM card but it will take 2-3days to get there Guys SIM card is free if you a customer with sprint remember that ..don’t let anyone try to rob you or make lunch money for you ..this location only want money for you 👎👎👎👎👎 manager suck he shouldn’t be a manager

  At this Sprint location the staff are very knowledgeable & welcoming, & very Helpful, they don't make you feel pressured to purchase either, hence the Five ⭐'S 😊

  They are hardly helpful and don't actually know what about their products and hardly have any really important accessories needed. They are always trying to offer you something with unprofessional attitudes. And let's not talk about the manager. This store is useless. This should be a STARBUCKS.
