::After ahopping at Pentagon City, I decided to go check out the iphone 8 at his location. I walked in and there was about 4 employees in the back, chatting with each other. So I stand and wait and wait and wait. Finally, someone says can I help you. I asked to see the iphone 8 and the female says we dont have it. Thats it. Thats all she said. And pretty much turns her head. Because I am still standing there waiting on an explanation, a guy says, we will have it tomorrow, come back then. But it was kind of rude and abrupt. Yes, i did arrive one day earlier than release date but the response I received was not very friendly. My plan was to preorder and pick it up later. I decided to just order over the phone. I had a bad, similar experience last year but decided to give them another chance. I would not recommend this store.
Earth Games
::I read the reviews and said that the customer service couldn't be that bad. Well, I won't get the chance to find out. I had an appointment scheduled today for service. I checked just before leaving out the house. My appointment was cancelled without any notification. They sent me a confirmation email when I scheduled the appointment; why couldn't they sent me a cancellation email with the reason for cancelling? Customer service at this store needs to do better.

::Slow and not customer service oriented. I dread coming here when my phone acts up. Even if I have an appointment I have to explain the issues to multiple folks, just to get put in a queue and wait for service. Which makes me wonder, what on earth is the point if a dang appointment. Even simple things like I am here to turn in a loaner phone and pick up my fixed phone, I get placed in a 45 plus minute queue. I literally have no business to conduct. I just need someone to go in the back and hand me my phone. And the best part is a lot if the employees stand around and seem to do nothing.

::Today i returned to the Sprint Store to ask for assistance regarding my phone and what options i had to repair it. I was greeted by a very nice young man with a welcoming smile. He attempted to answer my question. When he couldn't he got other team members. The manager took time to speak with me personal and helped to resolve my concerns. I have been coming to this location for 5 years and the service has always been great. They stay busy. Now I know why. I highly recommend coming her to repair your phone, upgrade your phone or purchase accessories or simple ask a question regarding your phone service or phone. Keep up the good work

::I recommend this store to anyone looking for great customer service and a friendly staff. The manager Rico was great (cute too!) and helped me get my GPS back up and running. He also introduced me to his tech manager Eric who finished helping me with my other issues. Great techs and great manager! I highly recommend this store!
