  Every time we go into this store the employees DO NOT seemed to be trained. Customer service is horrible and they have no idea how the products work, how the register works, or how to properly start an account. I wish I had never switched from T-Mobile bit I guess the best part is that they have been bought out by T-Mobile so I guess the employees will get proper training now.

  You need to be on your toes and well versed in "Sprintology" if you deal with these guys. 18years with Sprint... worst store ever.

  The survive here is good the employees treat u like FAMILY and they help u out i love them 10 for that wish everyone go here.

  Not helpful at all. Representative spoke in a condescending manner. New representatives may increase business and revenue flow.
