::Gary went above and beyond from the moment I walked into the door! He helped me pick the perfect S9+! He tolerated my picky personality about the case/details! He is very professional, kind, and considerate! I accidentally left my SD card in the phone I turned in and he answered me AFTER HOURS to ensure he'd check and see if he could still find it! ::I would not say that they were very knowledgeable but they were fairly helpful. I tried to ask questions about a phone that was having issues and they said that a reset would work. We did the reset that they knew how to do they said the issue was clear but it was not. It ended up being a battery issue and they really didn't know how to fix this.

::Once you get to talk to a representative everything goes smoothly. But walking in on a busy day there is no system to track where you are in line. Thank goodness people are honest and will honestly try to keep the first come first served waiting accurate. I wish they had a sign in sheet to eliminate any possibility for conflict.
