  I went in and spoke to a sales person Hendy and he was awesome he knew his stuff and he helped me with an awesome plan. I am happy with my new line and service, I HIGHLY recommend you come and check him out, he has such an amazing sales person and has a lot of knowledge and he knows his stuff.

  Came in to switch over and was greeted the moment i walked in. Jonathan & Mark helped me out and gave me the best customer sevice. I really recommend anybody to come to the Sprint in stamford mall especially because they were patient, filled me with knowledge and pretty quick.

  Employee went inside my account without my authorization, without scanning my ID without me being in the store to a person that wasn’t an authorized user . Employee then added features on my account that charged the account more money. Overall a five issue in this store . Avoid the store . Have to call the better business bureau on this store

  Worst Customer service EVER!!! Do not Go there!!!! They just want to push people To buy stuff and they will give you wrong just so you feel Like They Helping you! And in Top of that They got some real rude people working there! I REPEAT!!! DO NOT GO THERE!!! THEY MAKING SPRINT LOOK TERRIBLE!!!
