  Springs Studio is the first Pilates studio to open in Nashville and the best one that I've been to hands down. Julie provides exceptionally attentive and personalized instruction through both her private sessions and her small group classes. She is a highly motivated and experienced instructor, which has helped me get into great shape, really understand my body, and feel so much better in everything that I do. This is a place for all bodies, all types, all levels. Additionally, Springs Studio is a welcoming, fun, and relaxed environment for exercise. You will see results in your body and in the way you live your life. I highly recommended Julie and Springs Studio if you care about a meaningful workout!!

  Cynthia's classes at Spring Studio are fantastic and are offered at a great price! Classes are typically small, three people or less, and often times Cynthia shows us how to use the equipment in addition to basic mat exercises. She is very knowledgeable and is great at developing a series of exercise that fits each person. If you are able to and want to advance more quickly, she will push you along in that direction, and if you have difficulties in certain areas, she will modify exercises to accommodate that.
