  Friendly staff, convenient to the airport, free shuttle. Our flight was cancelled and we needed a room for 5 in a hurry. They took good care of us and made us feel as though they wanted to help. We had no issues with the room.

  Worst hotel stay in 25+ years, and we have had a few bad ones. Woke up by housekeeping at 9:00am knocking on the door - this was a first. Specifically requested hypo-allergenic pillows and they had down pillows in the room. Refused to change out the pillows. Room reserved for 4, only 3 towels in the room. Front desk said you have to specifically request additional towels when you reserve the room. Ridiculous, the room was reserved for 4. Bacon was like chewing rubber. Front desk lady argued over the issues. Absolutely not worth the money!

  This place is great! I got a double and it was two queens a pullout bed from the couch, plus the couch was a fold down. So there was enough room for my crew. And not to mention they serve free breakfast! They have a washer and dryer, infusion water in the lobby free. As well as a indoor heated pool. For the price this hotel in my opinion is better than the Contessa down town. Whithout the river and high price food.

  Stayed here during a trade show in February 2018 and absolutely LOVED it!!! Clean rooms with comfy beds, a nice outdoor area (in spite of the frequent air traffic), and a palatable breakfast whose options changed daily for some variety. Front desk staff was friendly and accommodating. Wake up calls were right on time. The room I stayed in had a mini fridge and a desk area, complete with a "charging" station at the lamp. The toilet was separate from the shower, which was different, but no bother. The lighting in the shower was unusually dim, but comfortable. Not the area to do your morning routine. The "toilet room" had much better lighting, but no usable counter. Access to 281 in San Antonio was extremely convenient! In fact, access to many different things in San Antonio was available from this location. I'm due to attend another trade show in July of 2018 and I'm hoping the boss will let me stay here again! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

  Wow, amazing! Had a great time, outstanding staff and rooms were fantastic! The only noise was a very rare flight takeoff (a rare flight plan change because of unusual wind pattern?) - maybe 3 times total in the 5 days of our visit. Was never a big deal and we were on the top floor. I'll take that any day over guest noise, which we heard none of in five days. In fact, we were only planning to stay at this hotel for two days but ended up staying much longer because it was so enjoyable. Would stay again without hesitation! Good job!
