  The staff were very friendly. The facility a bit out of date. The bed was wonderful. Some in room updates would be very helpful to your brand.

  When we got here at almost 5pm we were told ow we dont have the room u booked. We running behind and over booked. I said upgrade us to a different room.was told no the front deck lady was not only rude but told me basically It was my fault we came to early. Worst customer service ever. Room was in poor condition when we did get in. Bathroom gross.

  The rooms definitely look bigger on the web. Same with the pool. Good photography leads to underwhelming visit. Busy on the weekend. Pool above capacity. Breakfast attendant didn't have a prayer of keeping up with the ravenous crowds attacking her buffet. Insufficient seating for a full hotel.

  It was absolutely amazing experience. Beautiful property. Wonderful hosts. Breakfast and parking included. Unbelievable price. I can't imagine staying anywhere else .

  I really had a great "stay-cation". My husband and I stayed for his birthday. PROS: The Check in and Out process was easy. Breakfast was good and there were a lot of options. The breakfast staff were nice and accommodating. We had the King Suite with whirlpool jets. The hotel is next to a Fridays and a lot of other restaurants around the corner. Great location, and nice and quiet. The microwave, fridge/Kitchenette area was great to have in the room and I loved the bathroom set up. CONS: I did have to re-clean the tub, filled it up with water and ran the jets and let it out before we got in. They may need to invest in new towels, they were rough and a little grungy. I bring my own towels from home and I am glad I did. Lastly, the only thing I would like would be to watch the TV from the tub. At the end of the day I would for sure recommend this hotel and I would stay again!
