::An absolute Exotic location. This hotel has a big advantage of being located near the dazzling beaches. Services were available at a fair price and food delivery service was prompt and efficient. Plenty of parking area easy to find. Would recommend to all.

::Had someone book a room at the Springhill suites for me prior to a cruise because at the time I did not have a debit/credit card and new one was coming in the mail so I paid for the room in cash. Got to the hotel and was told the room was not paid for so I had to pay for it then and I thought I had gotten double charged so I called and opened a case. Called back a few days later because I hadn't heard anything the lady I got on the phone was very helpful and contacted this hotel and come to find out they never billed the card as it was supposed to have been a prepaid room rate thus why I was charged on arrival. So due to the negligence of this hotels billing I am now out $162.72. I travel anywhere from 12-20 times a year normally and have never had this happen at any other hotels so ill take this as my lesson to never stay here again considering they cant even take the time to properly bill a card. Manager responded on another review stating Marriott customer care never passed my first ticket along and in the end I am still out the $162 cash I paid to the originally person who booked the room. Again I will be sure to never stay at this location again.

::I have 106 nights in Marriott hotels in US, Europe, Asia and Middle East. Have been to much cheaper Marriott hotels, which were incomparably better! The hotel is about 200feet (60m) from a busy highway. That is no problem, if you have well insulating windows, but they don't. The other problem is staff. Total lack of trainings and service attitude. Their most common way to solve issues is to say NO. First night we could not sleep due to highway noise. For the second night we bought our own earplugs, because they don't have (=don't care). The room was spacious and well equipped, also clean. Location is OK, if you use the rail service (Culmer station is about 5minutes walk). Overall, this hotel is way too expensive for the quality. I'm sad that I choose this hotel for our holiday's last few nights.

::Good basic place. Rooms are set up for two but would be pretty close for a workmate...family might work.... nothing really decent to eat in walking distance. Rest. in hotel is basic... place is newer and clean.

::Staff is very accommodating and friendly. Close to the hospital my wife was staying. Complimentary transport services to local medical centers. Room was comfortable and clean. Bar/Grill on site. Would stay here again!
