::Only because I cant leave 0 stars. To anyone looking to buying a mobile here, don't! They don't honor their word we were told they'd match dollar for dollar, they never did, they tell you what you want to hear. Once you sign you're on your own. They are quick to charge you, tow your vehicles but leave you high and dry. You call they never answer, they don't even return your call. I deeply regret moving here and hope to save anyone from the hell we're in. so for whoever is thinking about it. Please dont. I can't stress it enough.

::Lived here for about a year. Neighborhood is pretty quite and they keep up on lawn maintenance nicely. Some of the roads are not big enough, especially when everybody parks on the side of the street. Water has been shut off again today. They used to at least notify us a few days before and that it would be back on before 5pm. No notice today other than a big wooden board at the entrance of the park that says NO WATER, and it's after 7pm. Lastly, I have rent automatically withdrawn but have had an eviction notice tacked on my door and was called the past 2 months for no payment. Just unnecessary bother, especially when I see on my account that the money has already been removed. I'm sure this isn't the worst place to live, but I wouldn't go around recommending it.

::I have been living in the Springfield Meadows Community for about a year now, and I would not recommend it. The community and neighbors for the most part are friendly and courteous. And most of the time it is quite, except for the occasional bass being turned up from a passerby. But management constantly shuts off the water and sometimes without notice. Currently we are still without water, (was scheduled to be turned back on at 5pm, it is now almost 7pm). Oh, and if you do decide to move here, make sure to lock your car doors. We have had a number of break-ins, but at least the thief was kind enough to not break anything. More street lights are needed, some spots are pitch black. Good luck and happy house hunting.

::Absolutely awesome! Dina has the savvy & know-how; plus a great personality that adds to the experience of making one feel comfortable and family like. When I first spoke with Dina Johnson on the phone, I was immediately taken by her well tuned melodic & magical voice. It conveyed familiarity; assurance, intelligence and professionalism. Can't go wrong with that profile! Dina goes out of her way to make sure all your inquiries have a response in the shortest amount of time, and that is a big plus anyway you slice it. Getting to meet Dina in person was the same as getting reacquainted with an old friend. As I mentioned at the beginning, Dina's savvy; know how and professionalism allowed me to make the informed decision to live in the Springfield Meadows community. Thank you Dina Johnson and team!
