The woman giving the ticket numbers was very nice but past her, I felt like I was in the twilight zone. After lining up at customer service to just ask a simple question about a form, I was met by a nasty butch-looking 'thing' in a white polo shirt who had absolutely NO manners- cannot even reply to good morning, looks you up and down like somebody thief she mudder white fowl and then says to me " I'M LISTENING TO WHAT THAT LADY IS TELLING MY STAFF". Then goes to the counter, met another pig- ms Pettitant or something who was like " but you just got here and you asking how long?". Meanwhile, I just wanted to find out if I needed to fill out a form for my transaction. After 2 hrs of waiting and losing my ride, when my number was finally called, the guy at the counter, a MR Stephens said to fill out these forms, go back and ask customer service to call back your number. A simple transaction which should have been 2 hrs tops, took 4.5 hrs. They don't care about the customers. I felt like I was in a 3rd world country, not the 'great' USA. Even in 3rd world countries, people have manners and are friendly. Thank GOD for online service because dealing with those animals at that DMV made me realize why I don't care to go out in public! Between them and the crooked cops who show up for the hearings, no wonder people are running from NY!! They ALL need customer service training....from Butchella in the white polo shirt to the rest of the pompus retards!

I have not been to this DMV in years I always go to the DMV in Long Island, the service is quick, the employees are friendly & very helpful & parking is free. But Springfield Gardens DMV has to be one of NYC worse DMV, you have to pay for parking, even if the parking lot is full they still let cars in & you have to wait till someone leaves to get a spot, also only 1 cashier was working & cash only. Now let's talk about inside the DMV, the person from information couldn't really help me with a simple question her reply was to ask the person who calls my number, well once my number was called I got to the teller & she started giving me attitude instantly, i asked the same question and she replied that if i like to go back to information (after waiting 1.5hrs for my number to be called) they can answer my question give me a new number for the next teller. One of my worse experience, next time I will just go to long island or online.

The absolute worst experience I’ve ever encountered at any DMV. The supervisor MIKE is pathetic at his job. He does not know how to communicate with people. He’s desperately in need of courtesy training. I had a dreadlock lady who assisted me. She was nice and very polite. Sorry I didn’t get her name. But supervisor MIKE was a complete disgrace.
