  Spring Cleaning is the single most unprofessional cleaning service I've encountered. I wrote several emails with the description of my house and its needs. I also spoke to a manager on the phone. We agreed on a price in writing and on the phone. The price we agreed on was the price listed on the website for the type of service I described. First visit was satisfactory, however on the second visit they sent over a girl who refused to work because she claimed that she doesn't clean houses, only apartments, and even if she did she would never do it for the amount that I would pay her. I called management. I was told that the manager I have been dealing with is no longer employed there. I was also told that in my email i described the space as a one bedroom apartment and not a three story house. I demanded that this email be forwarded to me. Of couse it wasn't. I, on the other hand, have all the correspondence in which there are full descriptions of the space and the price I was quoted. I was told that said price is outrageous for my space and that there is no way that anyone would agree to it. The least they could do was alter the prices on their site before *&^$ing me over. Horrible waste of time!
