  The absolute best place to take your pet for daycare or vet care in the Greenwich/Stamford area. The facilities are brand new, clean, the staff is wonderful and the owner is also a dog loving vet. We are able to see our dog on the camera during the day and he is always so happy. We are so happy they opened- none of the other places in the area compare!

  Spot On Veterinary Hospital & Hotel is wonderful. The staff is always friendly and my dog Belle loves to come there to be groomed. She always leaves smelling and looking so sweet! Thanks to you all for your kindness and professionalism!

  Dr. Phillip Putter is by far the best veterinarian that I have ever met. I currently have three dogs and one cat. Dr. Putter's in home visits are not only convenient for me, but my pets are relaxed in their home environment. He is professional, kind, extremely thorough and spends quality time with each pet to make sure they are healthy and happy. We have lived through several neuters and spays, broken bones, bite wounds, ear infections, dental procedures, allergies and euthanasia. Dr. Putter handled each situation with skill and compassion. The new hospital and boarding facility is beautiful and clean. The staff is knowledgable, caring and helpful. I would highly recommend Spot on Vet to anyone!

  In our case, the doctor had to come to my home because my cat is feral and I took him almost 4 years ago and even though he has become very familiar with me, he will not leave my bedroom and his surroundings. Therefore, the doctor fully understood my situation and made an appointment to exam my pal at my apartment. The doctor is the most mild-mannered professional I’ve ever met and he was a pleasure to have at our home. He examined Jazzy and much to my amazement, Jazzy never became hyper like most ferals do. He was very relaxed and he allowed the Doctor to touch him. I was amazed but I’m sure that is because of two distinct qualities of the doctor being genetically pre-disposed to being a professional as well as being an intellectually trained doctor. I could not have been more pleased. Beginning with the first phone call and right up to the actual visit. It was the most professional yet relaxed medical visit.

  When Dr. Putter found out that I and a small handful of people in my neighborhood were tending to a feral cat colony in Brooklyn, he went out of his way to inquire about the cats and their well being. He lent his expertise over email and reviewed pictures and videos of the cats so we could be more proactive about helping the cats stay safe and healthy. He was extremely generous with his time and made recommendations that we are now implementing. It's rare to find someone so caring and generous with their time. We're grateful for Dr. Putter's help.
