  Sports Science Lab has raised the bars of performance to another level compared to all the other training facilities. I have been to many training facilities in the country but SSL is exceptional. The trainers are very genuine and friendly. The technology and the resources which they have are golden! If you are looking for world class training and quick results this is the place to be.

  This place is absolutely fantastic man, the team they got set up are such great kind people who actually want to hear and care about your story regardless what level you are athletically this is perfect place to get professional level help, they got state of the art technology that breaks down your body straight to your weaknesses and they create a customized plan for you to help you improve on them. Their recovery technology is only the best. Mike and Paul are the best trainers ever

  The Sports Science Lab was a great place for me to train and get better! I chose the 17 session choice and i got nothing but positive results. I became a much better athlete and a much better pitcher. After all of the hard work I went from 72 mph to 77 mph. The lab was well worth it, and I can't wait for the season.
