::Large play area for children with plenty of swings and space to run. There are some shade trees that are nice for the summer. Space for picnics, exercise and relaxation!

::Too many people doing weird things. If you come during the day it's OK. But if it's in the afternoon there's people doing drugs and making out. I had to leave with my kid one day it wasn't even dark and this couple was making out in the swings, they were really going in

::The playground is poorly designed. The grass area is nothing but dirt instead of soil. The grass area contains a lot of bare spots as plants can hardly grow in the dirt. The teenagers play soccer and football in the grass area. Some of the trees growing have their trunks broken in half. Branches were snapped off by the teenagers "playing" around the trees. The play area's surface is uneven and not carefully thought out to allow smaller children to play without being run over by the older children. The swings and play sets are not arranged for the children to play without bumping into each other. Many of the senior residence can only go to a few small benches and tables at the entrance to relax with the smell and listen to the traffic noise next to them. There are no park benches in the grass area for the senior to sit and watch birds or to relax.
