::Very short wait time, terrific staff, and as for the haircut? Spot on! Also included with the haircut was a trip to a massage chair, got towel on the face (at desired temp), upper shoulder and neck massage, all mixed in with a welcoming atmosphere. Would go back over and over if I lived nearby.

::Always friendly staff. And the best deal in town for a cut, beard trim, shampoo and style all in one stop!

::I walked into the empty shop and the two stylists welcomed me and we're very friendly. After signing in I was immediately serviced. Since it was my first time there it took a lot of communication to explain what I wanted. A mid high skin fade and a quarter inch of the top and blend well. I've had my hair cut many times and the approach my stylist took was very different then all others I've experienced. It seemed as if my stylist was new and fresh out of school. After finishing I was satisfied, but no where near the best cut I've ever had. Then my stylist just quickly toweled me off and I paid. There was no mention of MVP or hot towel service or anything else. Not even a simple blow dry to blow the cut hair on my face, ears and neck.

::Ezie cut my hair yesterday and I was very pleased. She gave me exactly what I asked for. I will probably be going here on a regular basis because I can watch football, get a haircut and go to Safeway all in one trip!

::I'm not really sure how to rate this place. I accidentally walked into a Sports Clips in Utah, and really loved the experience! So I kind of expected to relive that whole scenario at this location. I can't put my finger on it, but it just wasn't the same. I believe a staff can make or break any business. Please don't get me wrong, I was greeted properly. The haircut was decent. And I was asked if I wanted the VIP treatment in which I agreed to. That being said, I'm thinking maybe the staff is just going thru the motions and it's a paycheck. Maybe management or owners haven't tried motivational programs to inspire the staff and give the place a bit more vibrantcy. Who knows. Maybe my expectations were set to a higher standard by going into the other location that had a more upbeat staff. Like, they really like what they do! I'll go back again to see if I just hit them on a off day.
