::4 people signed in then left. Waited 40 minutes while the stylists chatted and watched tv. Sorry were waiting for them, if they show we need to take them first. Ok let me sign myself in 5 times, get all the stylists to just chat with me, and make everyone wait for no show appointments. Very nice. Not coming here again. Ill go to a different shop. Makes no sense the way their sign in works. At this rate schedule an appointment online and come whenever they'll be waiting doing nothing for your appointment scheduled for 2 hours ago.

::Brittany H. is very professional and even gave me some suggestions on my cut. She actually knows how to do a proper fade which is hard to find without going to a "barbershop" and ending up paying more for the same cut but with no hospitality whatsoever. This place is hands down the best Sport Clips I've been to, no wasting time just got straight to the cut and no waiting in line with the online check in.

::The lady in seat 5 was really nice, there was a 15 minute wait even though one person was being helped in the entire shop, it was super slow. Unfortunately a really nice personality does not cut my hair well, I have literally a patch in my hairline and also my forhead hairline is wavy. My hairline has never been wavy even though she blamed it on my "previous barber" who created the barely visible hairline, it was a very sorry excuse. the taper was the furthest thing from a taper and also she told me the VIP is "on the house"and going to be normal price, but when I payed it was still $26. I tipped just because I felt obligated and I know how it is plus other than the ridiculously terrible haircut she was nice. But if you want a quality haircut DO NOT COME HERE, I wanted a quality haircut for a decent price not a "spa massage". If I could get a refund I DEFINITELY WOULD. Let's see how I look balled.
