  I think it's a good shop. They changed my bycicle breaks, put a new back light in, checked everything and pumped up for a reasonable price in less than two hours!

  This is certainly the worst bike shop in Nyc ! Really expensive components. The guys that work there are so rude and completely unprofessional! I don’t how this shop still running. Don’t go there . They will rip you off with the most expensive parts and bad service!!!

  Good service, friendly personnel, reasonable price for bike rental, decent quality rental bikes. Will return.

  I went to that place twice: the first time the staff was more interested in texting/playing on their smartphones than in helping the clients. The second time, despite my reservations in visiting again, I bought shoe covers and I realized later that they sold me damaged products (there was a big tear). When I went back two days later with the unused product (still in package) they agreed to refund me but they refused to reimburse the sales taxes that I paid.

  Perfect, affordable place for quick small repairs. Got a tube replaced, air in both tires, and chain greased in five minutes for $9. I can't vouch for anything else, but I know I'd feel comfortable coming back to buy equipment or for larger issues.
