::Bad! Usually go to the one in Shelton and they always do exceptional. This SPLASH not so much!! I had 2 jackets and hat in the back seat they literally through them around to clean didn’t put them back. Waiting outside now... Half my windshield not clean. Didn’t wipe the rims or side steps. $30 full service my....

::I was passing through the area and went to this car was based on fairly positive reviews. I paid over $35 for "The Works" which was no better than one of those $10 automatic washes you get a gas stations. In fact, I regret not having done that. The vacuuming was terrible - lots of dirt and debris all in the trunk and console in between the seats. I saw the interior guys work and they just took one quick swipe and that was that. Nothing actually got clean. In fact, the driver side window as WAY dirtier than before. They just managed the smear the salt and dirt all over without actually cleaning a thing. And to make things worse, they charge to clean your mats! for $35, I would absolutely expect them to do that as part of "The Works". Every other car wash I've been to (all of which are not this expensive) clean mats. Absolutely insane. I got some salt in the interior of my car and asked an interior guy if he can just make sure to wipe it down. He told me that he couldn't and that I'd need to get a detail. I was just asking him to wipe down a surface - which he didn't do. Then as I was trying to leave, they honked at me to hurry up as I was trying to get my two kids into their car seats! WOW. F-

::I love this location. I usually get a weekly car wash and they take care of my vehicles with immaculate care. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Oscar on the management staff has been very helpful to me if/when I ever had an issue and took care of it right away with great care. I truly appreciate the customer service him and his team provide so my family and I will always go back.
