  this place is horrible. If I could give it 0 stars, I would. I paid 90 dollars for them to wash the outside and detail the interior and the results were a basic exterior wash that left micro scratches from their dirty towels and a basic vacuum of the interior that I could have done at home with the add on of cheap greasy protectant that they smear everywhere. The worst part is, my car still had leaf litter in the cargo area and they didn't put my floor mats back in. So needless to say, the next morning I realized my mats were missing under my cargo mats and I was furious due to that and the fact I felt like I was ripped off to begin with. I go there to explain it to the fat guy (manager) and he's siding with his employees on the fact that they did a good job meanwhile him showing him all the mistakes and missing floormats and im still in the wrong? nope, I will never go back there.

  WORST CAR WASH EVER!!! Would give no stars if possible. Did a horrible job for the price I paid. The floors were poorly vacuumed leaving alot of debris. The outside was still dirty that I had to re wash it down. The seats were disgusting and not vacuumed or wiped down. Door jams were not wiped down either. I was in a white minivan and everything had a black residue all over it. Spent almost 60 dollars for a garbage job. Tried giving them a shot but the missed such simple things. Look at how much did the left on the room and this is fresh out of the car wash (see picture included). I expected this out of a 10 dollar car wash. My family and I will not be using splash car washes again.

  Generally they do a very nice job; I prefer hand washes over the mechanical ones (like the place down the road). Join the rewards program, and take advantage of the free washes on your birthday and Veterans Day (for Vets). I so recommend the unlimited pass, it's a good deal.

  Had my crossover detailed here 2 days ago. My car looks like new. They were able to remove all my winter stains from the carpeting, and my custom mats are so clean, I slide in when entering my car!😉 The service is professional and everyone who works at the Brewster location is extremely friendly and polite. My boyfriend was so impressed with the results of my car that he will be making an appointment. He has had his SUV detailed several times in the Bronx and Westchester, and he said this is the best he has seen. Thank you SPLASH!

  Absolutely horrible service. I have used this car wash in the past they have done a good job detailing my car. When I went in to get the same job I have gotten done in the past, they told me because of the line it was going to take 2&1/2 hours to complete. When I said I couldn't do that because I had work, the manager had one of his guys take me to work and assured me that they would drive the car the two miles down the road where I worked. He wrote it up, we shook hands, and his worker drove me to my place of work. Before I left I paid for the service and was assured that I my car would be dropped off at my place of work by 3:30. When 3:30 rolled around I called. They assured me that it would be in the parking lot no later than 5:00. When 5:30 rolled around, I called again. They said hey we're about to leave. When 5:45 rolled around I called them again and the place was closed. They never delivered my car and when I got a ride back to the place, my car was no where in sight. I have never been so mistreated by a business in my life. I had no way of getting home from work and had to sleep in my office only to take a cab back to the car wash in the morning. I caused a scene in the main lobby because they refused to let me speak to a manager and eventually they threatened to call the police. I eventually got a discount but had to miss two very important meetings because this company could not pick up the phone and let me know what was going on with my car. I will never be returning here for any type of service and I suggest you never go here either. You would be better off just buying a garden hose and washing your car yourself. I also contacted the better business Bureau about their awful,unprofessional practices.
